How do we stay competitive? By obsessing over having the best machinists. By constantly looking at how we can make parts more efficiently. By involving our team in business decisions and allowing them the freedom to help us do what’s best for our customers.
Let’s face it, most of the time, the dudes in the offices with white collar shirts just don’t know what’s best. The folks running the machines have a much better view of what makes sense when they’re given the right tools.
